30-Day Returns
Please read the following cancellation policy carefully. By placing your order with YourAfricanClothingShop.com, you agree to the following:
Your purchase is backed by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, which gives you a full 30 days to enjoy your African clothing in order to ensure that it is the right one for you. Your 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee begins on the day of delivery.
If you decide that African clothing is not for you, returning or exchanging your mattress is easy! Simply repack the product in its original packaging and ship it back to Your African Clothing Shop. We will issue a refund of the full purchase price with a-20% stocking fee.
Terms of Policy
1. All components of the product must be returned in their original condition. Items with tears, stains, punctures, soil spots, hair remains, or any other damage or signs of use will not be accepted. The product must be in the original, new condition in which it was shipped. All components of the product must be returned to Your African Clothing Shop within 10 days of the customer receiving a return authorization number.
2. The customer is responsible for return shipping, including any and all shipping fees. Please contact us in advance if you plan on returning your mattress, and we will provide complete return instructions and the correct shipping address.
3. Any promotional items received with your order must be returned with the purchased product. If a customer fails to return promotional products, the retail value of the free or promotional item will be billed to the customer’s account.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours: Orders that are cancelled within 24 of being placed are not subject to a cancellation fee.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours and have not shipped: Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours, which have not shipped, will be assessed a $5 cancellation fee.
- Orders that are cancelled after the order has been processed and shipped are subject to all associated shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee.
